Wow, this is really is wonderful. I love your use of tone and texture, it looks 3D and very realistic. I also love your colour splash with the blue eyes.

The hair is very good, as is the eyebrows. Your proportions are amazing and your anatomy is wonderful.

If anything, I'd say that the shading beneath the bottom lip makes it look like there is a deep dip (too deep) in his chin. Perhaps less harsh shading could correct that.

Other than that I can't really tell you how to improve because I can't really see anything needed to improve.
