Lara Croft - Reborn
Imagined Lara would look like this. A young woman, strong, independent, and passionate. Since it's 'reborn', I imaged she would look younger than other versions of her.
I wanted it to have two things for sure; sun/dawn and fire. Kind of like hope Vs. fear. So I guess it's what I had in mind. Honestly couldn't do it better than this.

What I think I like the best is how, unlike almost everyone else who entered the contest, you chose a different face to draw, and gave Lara a new face I personally would love to see in the game. That means originality.
Talking about the drawing, the colors are outstanding. They provide a perfect mixture of calm and chaotic atmosphere for the drawing. I especially love the color of the dawn. I love your own description about dawn and fire bringing peace and anarchy to the drawing.
Those two are what I think the game wants to show. The beauty of the nature, and the danger of it.
The realism is just unbelievable, and I seriously wish you luck with this contest, because I truly believe you should be among the winners for certain.

First of all,I really want to praise you for the background and the shading you've done for the skin. I can say you had a hard time doing it and I know artists that even with a tablet,can't draw the skin as good as you do.I don't know, but it has this sort of natural sense....It's beautiful.
But since you've done it with a mouse,there are some thingies you cannot really ignore. For example,the blood stains on her face don't really look like blood to me.It more like diluted paint...The hair doesn't have the texture of hair...For example , when you draw traditionally, the pencil leaves behind some lines right? Well you should have done the same here.The dagger's really not like a dagger should look...And the fire effects....
Anyway,this is one of your best works until now and I think you should be very proud of yourself
